The core innovation of the Unobstructed Flow Diaphragm Valve lies in its unique internal geometry. Unlike traditional weir-type diaphragm valves, the Unobstructed Flow Diaphragm Valve features a completely straight, smooth bore that matches the pipeline diameter. When the valve is in the open position, the elastomeric diaphragm retracts fully into the bonnet area, creating a flow path that is virtually identical to the pipe itself. This eliminates any protrusions, pockets, or directional changes that could impede flow or trap media. The actuator mechanism is designed for precise, repeatable control of the diaphragm, ensuring a bubble-tight seal in the closed position and a full, unrestricted opening.
