Working Principle (Triple Eccentric Structure)
The FYL Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric design:
- First eccentricity: Shaft offset from disc sealing surface, reducing friction during opening and closing
- Second eccentricity: Shaft offset from pipeline center, improving flow efficiency
- Third eccentricity: Conical sealing surface design, achieving line contact sealing
This structure ensures that the sealing surface only contacts at the final closing stage, greatly reducing wear and achieving reliable sealing performance.
