Otherwise, there will be the following hazards:
1. The trolley will "slip" by itself after braking and cannot stop accurately. When the trolley climbs a slope, it will cause the motor to overload and burn out the motor.
2. The transmission shaft of the walking mechanism is twisted and subjected to excessive force, and the coupling connection bolts will be twisted off, or even the shaft will be broken.
3. The trolley track is deformed, which is easy to cause wheel sliding and even derailment accidents, resulting in cracks in the lower cover plate and web of the main beam, which seriously threatens safe operation.
In the daily use and management of bridge cranes, there are often some unstable factors that affect the performance of the equipment. If not handled in time, it may affect the normal production and eventually evolve into an accident. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the relevant parts and components to avoid accidents from the source as much as possible.
1. The uneven wear of the pulley groove of the bridge crane will cause uneven contact of the wire group pulley. If the pulley shaft wears beyond the standard, it is easy to break. Therefore, if the wear exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced.
2. If the drum of the bridge crane wears beyond the standard or fatigue cracks appear, it may be damaged. If the drum key is severely worn, it is easy to cause the key to fall off or cut off. In severe cases, it is easy to cause heavy objects to fall. In this case, it should be replaced.
3. If the small shaft, spindle, and brake wheel of the bridge crane brake are worn beyond the standard, and the pull rod and spring have fatigue cracks, it is easy to cause brake failure and also need to be replaced.
4. If the dangerous section at the hook opening is worn beyond the standard or fatigue cracks appear in the tail thread back groove and the hook surface, it is easy to cause the hook to break. It is recommended to check the hook 1-3 times a year during use.
5. If the spokes or treads of the crane wheels have fatigue cracks, or the wheel rims and treads are worn beyond the standard, the wheels may be damaged at best, or the crane may derail.
6. If there is oil on the track of the bridge crane, the motor starts too violently, and the wheel pressure is uneven, the trolley running mechanism is prone to slipping. If the trolley deviates, the wheel diameters are unequal, the wheel installation error is too large, and the body is deformed during production, it must be taken seriously and adjusted.
7. Regularly check the temperature, sound and lubrication of the bearings of each part of the crane. If the reducer sounds abnormal, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
The above are various unstable factors that may exist in the metal structure of the bridge crane during use. In the actual production process, we must take timely and effective treatment methods according to the actual problems of the equipment to avoid accidents as much as possible.
