The flanged tilting disc check valve is built around a precisely balanced disc that pivots on a shaft positioned above the seating surface, enabling rapid, non-slam closure as flow decelerates. The body and bonnet are manufactured from durable cast materials, with seat options in resilient EPDM, NBR, or metal-to-metal configurations to handle diverse media temperatures and chemical compatibilities.
