The Pneumatically Operated Gate Valve is offered in a range of bore sizes, pressure classes, and end connections to suit diverse industrial installations. Each valve undergoes rigorous factory testing, including shell pressure tests at 1.5 times the rated working pressure and seat leakage tests per API 598 or FCI 70-2 standards. The actuator housing is weatherproof to IP66/IP67, with optional ATEX-certified models for hazardous area duty. A standard visual position indicator and open/close limit switches are integrated into the actuator mounting bracket, simplifying field commissioning. Additional options include high-temperature trim packages, Hastelloy internals for corrosive services, and metal-to-metal seating for abrasive solids handling.

All fasteners and stem components are supplied in grade 304 stainless steel as standard, with alternative alloys available for aggressive atmospheric conditions. The pneumatic control circuit can be designed for single-acting (fail-close or fail-open) or double-acting operation, and the actuator is positionable in 90-degree increments without additional brackets, providing flexibility in confined installations.

Every Pneumatically Operated Gate Valve is delivered with a comprehensive documentation package that includes material certificates per EN 10204 3.1, functional test reports, and a detailed installation and maintenance manual.
