The Ductile Iron All Flanged Connection Tee Fitting is produced with an integral raised face on each flange to optimize gasket compression. Internal and external surfaces receive a fusion-bonded epoxy coating with a minimum 8-mil thickness per AWWA C213, providing dielectric insulation and resistance to corrosive soils. The fitting is hydrostatically tested at twice its rated working pressure, and each batch ships with mill test reports documenting chemical composition, tensile properties, and Brinell hardness. Flange boltholes are spot-faced to ensure even torque distribution, and the hubs are reinforced with filet radii that minimize stress concentration at branch junctions. Standard production covers diameters from 3 inches through 48 inches in single-body castings, while larger sizes are fabricated from ductile iron segments with full-penetration welds.
