• Resilient Seat Gate Valve

1. The overall bonnet has a dark rod design with a compact structure; the stem nut and the gate plate are two-body structure, no jamming occurs; straight passage, no leakage cavity; the valve stem seal adopts an "O"-shaped sealing ring.

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel if necessary; the connecting bolts are hexagon socket bolts and the top is sealed with glue.

3. Reliable and hygienic epoxy resin conforms to the hygienic standard, gate plate is covered with rubber that meets the hygienic inspection; The stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze will not be corroded by water.

All FYL Resilient Seat Gate Valves utilize high-strength ductile iron body (GGG50) with full epoxy powder coating minimum 250 microns thickness. The rubber seat is made of EPDM or NBR certified for drinking water applications.

Zero Leakage Design

The combination of O-ring stem seal and fully vulcanized rubber seat ensures bubble-tight shut-off under all rated pressures. Each valve is 100% hydrostatically tested before leaving factory.

Long Service Life

Stainless steel stem (SS420 or SS304) and bronze stem nut eliminate galling and corrosion. The two-piece gate design reduces friction and wear, extending operational cycles beyond 10,000 open-close operations.
