FYL's single ball flexible rubber joint adopts advanced foreign production technology. During the manufacturing process, the inner layer is subjected to high pressure to promote the bonding between the nylon cord and the rubber layer. Therefore, compared with ordinary flexible rubber joints, single ball flexible rubber joints can withstand higher working pressure and have a higher usability.
The single ball flexible rubber joint is one of FYL's many products. The most intuitive features of this joint are high elasticity, high vacuum resistance, medium resistance, and weather resistance. It has strong internal pressure resistance, good elastic deformation effect, and can withstand higher pressure.
The single ball flexible rubber joint is produced using a new process of blowing molds. The rubber composite ball has a multi-layer design, including an inner layer, a reinforcement layer, a middle layer, and an outer layer, which is combined with a loose sleeve forged low-carbon steel flange to form this joint product.
In addition to the high pressure resistance and good elasticity we have mentioned, the single ball flexible rubber joint also has the characteristics of large displacement, good shock and noise reduction, and easy installation. In specific use, it is commonly used in pipeline vibration reduction and displacement compensation. It is widely used in basic projects such as chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, full protection, and electricity, especially some pipelines with large vibrations and frequent thermal changes.
